ASTM A312 po'lat quvurlari haqida to'liq ma'lumot
ASTM A312 yuqori haroratli/korroziv muhitda ishlatiladigan ostenitik zanglamaydigan po'lat quvurlar (choksiz, payvandlangan, sovuq{1}}ishlangan) uchun asosiy standartdir. U TP304/L va TP316/L kabi materiallar navlarini qamrab oladi va neft-kimyo, oziq-ovqat va farmatsevtika kabi sohalar uchun javob beradi. Ushbu standart ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini, sinov usullarini (tortish, tekislash), o'lchamlarini (NPS 1/8 "dan 30"+ gacha) belgilaydi va ishonchliligini ta'minlash uchun materiallar toza va oksid shkalasidan xoli bo'lishini talab qiladi. Bu kuch, egiluvchanlik va korroziyaga chidamliligini kafolatlaydi, shu bilan og'ir sharoitlarda ham ishonchli ishlashni ta'minlaydi.
ASTM A312 quvuri nima?
ASTM A312 quvuri turli sohalarda keng qoʻllaniladigan umumiy{1}}zanglamaydigan poʻlat quvurdir. Uning diametri 1/8 dyuymdan 30 dyuymgacha, devor qalinligi esa SCH 10S dan SCH 80S gacha. Tez-tez ishlatiladigan materiallar sinflari TP304/304L va TP316/316L.

Uzunlik: 5-12 m yoki so'rov bo'yicha moslashtirilgan
